November 2021 – March 2023 – Workshop foreman at Automak Automotive Co, Kuwait dealer for Forting, JMC, Zhongtong buses & fleet rental of different range of vehicles from light to heavy passenger & commercial vehicles. Job involved handling a team of technicians, trouble shooting, guiding technicians to get the required job done with proper time utilization. Ensure customer vehicles are delivered fixed right first time, making warranty claims & job estimates. August 2019 – November 2021– Manager at Al- Najah, Kuwait – dealing in automotive paints. Job involves dealing with customers, paint dealers and suppliers. April 2014 -April 2018 – Service Supervisor at Al Sayer, Kuwait, dealer for Lexus vehicles. Job involved leading a team of technicians, trouble shooting, ensuring on time delivery of vehicles, filing product failure reports, communicating with front office to update vehicle status, preparing prior approvals for warranty jobs, monitoring technician productivity, guiding technicians with technical concerns. April 2011 – February 2014 -Service Supervisor at Yussuf Alghanim, Kuwait, dealer for GM vehicles.

Overhauled engines, differentials, worked on electricals, brakes, general service, HVAC, following strategy based diagnosis to ensure vehicles were fixed right first time. Attended trainings on SI, HVAC, electrical, vibrations, etc. Received gold medal from General Motors for contributing towards Fix It Right First Time

Received Lean Six Sigma White Belt from the company May 2005 - February 2007 – Workshop Manager for Durga Motors The company is a dealer for Tata commercial vehicles. The job involved managing a team of technicians, supervisors, parts personnel & helpers, preparing accident claims, estimates, checking the warranty claims, guiding the technicians, diagnosing technical concerns, organizing camps & interacting with customers to solve their concerns & ensure satisfaction. January 1997 - April 2005- Transport Manager For Goa Transport Service The company owns Tata, Leyland, Mitsubishi, Mazda & Toyota buses & LCV’s. The job involved supervising mechanics, drivers and cleaners in the company workshop where all the mechanical & structural jobs are carried out, checking daily maintenance, operations & annual passing of vehicles according to the regional transport office specifications. The company hires out coaches to hotels, tour operators & others. I used to look after all the operations. LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Elected President in 1999 of Junior Chamber International- Colva, Goa. It is a young people’s individual development organization, aimed at building up better citizens by imparting training in various fields like communication skills, effective public speaking, leadership qualities, public relations, etc. Has been a recipient of many awards as outstanding president & outstanding junior Jaycee at the zone level. At the chapter level also won awards as outstanding member, outstanding project manager & outstanding officer. Conducted various projects for the chapter. All these projects involved my participation in giving innovative ideas, motivating team members to work efficiently, promoting projects among the people, conducting development projects, fund raisers, etc. Was an instructor for swimming classes.

Was honored as a past president for my contributions to the Colva Junior Chamber on 15th September 2006.
