Residential —

Led construction management for mid-tier, new construction residential projects, averaging 5,000 - 8,000 sq. ft. with budgets $350,000. Built homes with various amenities: fireplaces, pools, wine cellars, hardwood flooring, finished basements, and so on.

Supervised groundbreaking and development of single-family homes built within newly formed subdivisions; completed projects for handover to the new Owner or preparation of RE market listing.

Commercial —

Directed various commercial projects with capital improvement budgets up to $5M. Supported new construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects.

Oversaw demo of a commercial building that required abatement for the removal of asbestos materials; sealed sections being worked on and oversaw third-party disposal of materials and final clean-up.
