Responsibilities:

Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance of various applications and signaling of CORAL TELECOM LTD., New Delhi. For Their Server based large and medium Digital ISDN and IP Switching system like IRIS IVDX Cloud server media gateway architecture up to 10000

Also involved in providing similar services for corporates like Railways, Airport, AIIMS, Power plants, defense, MOIL, Revenue Dept (NADT), SBI, RBI, NEERI for their voice and data communication network, which incorporates, DID TWT, E1, PRI, VoIP, Internetworking of two locations over PRI, VMS, Voice loggers, IVRS, ACD with open and close loop numbering schemes.

Associated with BSNL’s free EPABX scheme (i.e. High end digital ISDN IP ready EPABX on monthly rental basis by BSNL) responsibilities are installation and maintenance of EPABX on behalf of BSNL in eastern Maharashtra from 2008 to 2018.

The Coral Telephone System has been successfully deployed and commissioned in Entire AIIMS Premises including duplicated servers at 3 locations (IPD, Medical College & Admin Block) in N+1 mode and Media Gateways at IPD, OPD, ADMIN and other 35 locations of AIIMS Nagpur. The Telephone System consists of Servers for IP PABX communication, Media Gateways, IP Phones, IP Phones with DSS, IP Phone Console, Unified Communications Applications, Audio Conference, Analog Phones, PC Based Operator console.

IP PABX also provides Voice logger, IVRS, Code Blue, Emergency services, hot line and integration with other exchanges over SIP trunk and PRI Trunk.

IP PABX equipped with 3000 Analog users, 2000 SIP Users, 96 Digital users, 50 SIP trunk, 6 PRI Trunks & 48 Analog trunks. The system capacity is expandable up to 10,000 users.
