2017-Current Owner/Partner Eden Vale Dairy-Lemoore CA

I became a partner in Eden Vale dairy and immediately, took over all HR issues, managed all employees, took over operations in the barn. Worked with all sales representatives that came to dairy and developed product control. I milked cows, fed, washed machines, everything and anything that needed to be done. I also broaden the dairy’s; manure sales to encompass diversified crops to expand our market. Handled all environmental issues on the facility. Kept the dairy in compliance with all rules and regulations.

2016-2017 California Assembly-assigned to Assemblyman Mathis-Visalia Ca

I started employment as the Senior Field Rep and was promoted to the position of District Director. I took over and revamped the Assemblyman Mathis office, by working on outreach with the 26th district. I worked closely with the Ag community on issues and made the members more accessible to the constitutes. I manage the members Facebook page for the district, highlighting the work that was begun. I hired and supervised the staff for the district. Represented the Assemblyman at events within the district, which covers Tulare Co, Kern Co and Inyo Co. Worked closely on issues within the district on behalf of the Assemblyman.

2014-2016 ImmuCell-Portland Maine

I was the regional sales manager for a pharmaceutical company dealing with calf care. While employed with ImmuCell I grew sales 80 percent in the first year of my employment. My second year with the company I was the only employee with increased sales of 60%. I was on the road 80% of the time, covering Ca, NV, AZ and flew across the US for conventions, training and helping my team with Spanish speaking customers.

2013-2014 California Senate Rules Committee-assigned Senator Vidak-Bakersfield CA

I was hired as the Senior Field Representative for District 16 that covers from Bakersfield to Goshen, Lindsay, Buttonwillow to Lost Hill- Which is the largest area for the Senator. I handle case work; attend public speaking functions on behalf of the Senator. I dealt with constitutes on a daily basis for the Senator. I worked closely with the Senator on AG issues throughout his district and the state.

2010-2013 Conestoga Rovers and Associates-CRA -Fresno CA

I was hired as a Project Manager and then promoted to Senior Project Manager for CRA. I signed and managed over 150 new clients for the company. I was in charge of West Coast Business Development for the Agriculture Services Division, Northern Ca Business Development, Business Development for trade shows for all Agriculture Services in the USA and Canada. Supervise; coordinate projects in California, Arizona, Colorado, Wisconsin, Texas, Idaho, New Mexico and Canada along with training, mentoring new staff members to the team across the USA. I was also in charge of client relations, maintaining the existing client base, dealing with problem solutions with clients. I’ve worked with the San Joaquin Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Joaquin Air Board, NRCS, Delta Vector, California Fish and Game, California Environmental Health, local Counties and Cities agencies. I represented CRA on several Agriculture boards, advisory committees throughout California. I was also in charge of new hire recruitment for CRA. I worked closely with my clients on keeping current with all rules and regulations; city, county, state and federal laws.

2006-2010 Tulare County RMA Code Compliance -Dairy Officer

Supervise County employees while on dairies during the verification of cow numbers. I managed the 369 dairies in Tulare County. Developed the Feedlot Program for Tulare County. Worked closely with the Dairy Action Review Team (DART) on problem solving all Ag related issues. I was the lead team member ensuring that all California Regional Air, California Water Quality Control Board, Tulare Mosquito Abatement, Tulare County Health and Human Services, Tulare County Zoning Ordinance and the Animal Confident Facility Program (ACFP) rules and regulations are being implemented on all Animal Facilities in Tulare County. I worked closely with Tulare County Counsel, the Tulare County Board of Supervisors, Concerned Alliance for Responsible Environmental Stewardship (CARES), Western United Dairymen, California Dairy Campaign, The Poultry Association, Tulare County Ag Advisory, and Tulare County Planning Commission on all Ag related issues. I have also worked on the Employee Housing Program, Taco Truck Sweeps, Abandoned Vehicle Program and Substandard Housing Program.

2005-2006 Tulare County RMA Code Compliance-Planning Tech II

Duties while employed as the Planning Tech, Notarize Documents for the county, assist in the Administrative Hearings, and Supervise all Summer Help and volunteers with the AARP program. Coordinate all training for staff. Shortly after I started as the Planning Tech, I was able to take over the duties as the Dairy Officer, while still handling all my regular duties as the Planning Tech, learning Zoning Ordinances, Parcel Maps, Zoning Maps, Grant Deeds, and Lien on properties.
