Terminal Supervisor

Oversee daily deliveries and manage 9 employees in distribution and sales. Daily stock takes and accountability. Check and balance system vs. actual stock inventory.

Conduct training as per federal regulations such as OSHA, Department of Transportation (DOT) and United States Coast Guard standards within the company. Administer quarterly test and training along with annual review as per each department.

Agent to incoming vessel transporting LPG to American Samoa. Oversee the distribution of vessel and terminal to ensure safety and procedures being followed as per SSPO. Provide report of any incident before, during and after discharge. Ensure that both vessel and terminal are operating in a safe manner.

Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of company assets and equipment. Monitor vehicles and perform monthly checks, quarterly checks as well as servicing vehicles. A weekly testing of Safety Critical Equipment as well as a monthly test. Coordinate an annual test with first responders.

Plan and execute workplace inspection as well as non-routine work within terminal. Assess and implement a risk assessment for job safety. Request for permit to work in hazardous areas. Plan and execute as per Job Safety Analysis. Write Job Safety Analysis and supervise work within the terminal.

Health Safety Environment Officer: Oversee health related issues within the company and work closely with the Government Environmental Protection Agency the company is in compliance with local policies
