Duties & Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships with Construction companies, Contracting Companies, Cleaning Companies, Hospitals, clinics, Facility Management & Maintenance companies, hotels and other organizations to meet Manpower & Contracting / Sub-contracting needs.

Oversee the growth and expansion of the company’s client base in manpower and contracting industry. Identify and Target Clients in various sectors for manpower and contracting.

Research, identify, and target potential clients across UAE.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various organizations to understand their manpower needs, build trust, and secure partnerships.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to capture a wider audience and generate leads. This may involve digital marketing, attending industry events, manpower exhibitions and groups and participating in networking opportunities.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the manpower industry.

Stay updated with manpower industry developments and competitors' activities.

Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand candidate requirements and align them with client needs.

Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless placement of white and blue collar professionals.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. Review and revise contract agreements as necessary.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions.

Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions, market trends, and revenue generated.

Generate potential Enquiries for the organization.

Estimating RFQs & assisting Estimation team for effective and efficient estimation.

Client co-ordination. Send competitive proposals to the Client, Follow-up with the Client for issuance of work order.

Technical discussions and clarifications with the Client & Consultant. Commercial negotiations with the Client.

Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.

Monitoring project budgets and schedule. Oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution

Back-estimating time and cost in co-ordination with the Planning & Cost Control Department.

Monitoring and Reporting Progress to the Client and the internal departments such as Planning & Commercial.

Daily & weekly Labor allocation at workshop and at sites.

Pro-activeness in availability of materials such as GI Sheets, rods, Insulation materials and other materials.

Ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
