Scope of past roles:
Large Civil works Museum based construction improvement projects for City Council, Assigning technicians to materials, with a final management over any and all budgets, including and not withstanding technical installs and exhibition change overs of up to 64 exhibitions annually in over 12 large regional galleries.
- Managing people and databases that enabled the day to day receiving and curatorial management AND COMPLETION OF PROJECTS, on time, within budget, rolled out for the general public with marketing and equity strategies in line with Covid channges.
- I also assisted with First Response through the Covid Period as a part of working in governance in particular Hamilton City, re Database & Auckland communication systems management through CIVIL DEFENCE.
- Having engaged with a range of clients from DESIGN INTERIOR PROJECTS TO Museums to Private Collections in and around North America, South America, the Carribean with special focus on South Florida. Managing a large team of peoples (Art Basil in Miami mostly a Hispanola cultures - which allowed me to expand on my Spanish) my scope of responsibility: large scale installs.
- Engaged with the general public and students for Museum Open days & workshops, Museums Aotearoa/New Zealand.
