• Provide ongoing training/monitoring of staff to ensure a high level of performance during consumer interactions.
• Display In-Field activation support for Account Managers, Partners and Clients.
• Function as a Communication Liaison – bridging both Client and Mktg Agency together.
• Track, monitor and prepare reports/media for all field marketing activities and measured results/metrics – TRUE DATA CAPTURE.
• Educate Staff, Consumers on various brands through demonstrations, tastings or passing out samples to create positive awareness and a “BUZZ.”

• Train and provide Brand Ambassadors with proper message points to conduct their role sufficiently – role play with them to create a positive point of reference for each one of them.
• Conduct Site–Inspections if needed to ensure we have all we’ll need/want to produce a stellar event.
