GIPF Pension Fund Planning Project

Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) Namibia, Africa 2019

Project Objectives focused on deeper understanding of $266MM pension Fund to determine employee options amid an economic downturn. The study used actuarial assumptions, and the simulation varied several quantities to better understand the impact of employee savings, using the following tools for analysis: Hypotheses Testing, ORACLE OBIEE, ORACLE ODI, ORACLE SQL.

Credit Card Segmentation Project Namibia, Africa 2012

The project entailed an Implementation plan involving the extension of credit to 250 students awarded with Government scholarship grants for credit card promotion offering using Clustering and Classification. Objectives focused on credit offerings via promotions, sales, and new products. The segmentation analysis involved understanding students based on specific behavioral and demographic characteristics, using the following tools for analysis: Data visualization, SAP DBMS, Power BI, Cognos BI, Informatica ETL.

SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Data Integration Project Namibia, Africa 2010

Supervising a team of 9 professionals, project objectives entailed extracting data from five separate legacy systems from separate source systems and transforming data to different file structures/format for loading in a centralized, single data warehouse. The Data integration was ideal for powering analytical use cases and resulted in cost savings of $15MM over 36 months.
