Supervisory Construction Representative/Project Management/ Superintendent

Over 35 years of experience in the building construction industry where I have general knowledge of the federal local codes, pertinent to facilities planning, design construction and maintenance. I am responsible for overseeing all facets of daily operation of the construction site while ensuring compliance with federal laws, policies, and regulations. Involved in many Historic Preservation upgrades such as: Removal and replacing historic windows in the senate and house buildings. Removal and replacing damaged Granite and limestone and worked with stone quarries to procure the proper stone/granite materials.
