Palm beach speech and OT specialist - West Palm Beach, FL February 2023 to Present

• Scheduling - use Fusion and Google Calendar to schedule, and coordination of schedule between Speech and OT clients with OT office manager.

• Billing - use Quickbooks online to collect payments from clients, send invoices to clients, bill for client scholarship using Step up for Students online, and collecting information (notes, reports, invoices) for clients to submit their own insurance claims.

• Payroll - collect work hours from staff at the end of the week (Fridays) and check them against the google calendar for accuracy. Forward excel billing hours to me for payroll.

• Ordering of materials/supplies for office/staff as needed.

• Errands related to office duties (office depot, target, post office, bank, lunch, etc).
