Responsibilities

Responsible for all on site subcontractors work inspection accordingto submitted Request for Inspection (RFI) to DGC.

Prepares detailed construction completion plan. Follow up with contractors to submit list of remaining work and ensure completeness.

Assists Project Manager (as needed) with preparation of required documents for construction completion.

Finishing work activities checking Like Block Work, Cement mortar Plaster, Gypsum Plaster, Toilet & Kitchen Waterproofing, tiling, painting etc.

Establish and implement effective constructability and construction completion processes, review the design drawings for constructability aspects & advise Client/designer/contractor accordingly.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

Construction work in responsible for laboratory testing of various construction material including SOIL,AGGREGATE,CONCRETE,ASPHALT,BITUMEN, and masonry materials utilizing ASTM and AASHTO methods.

Measurements of different items during interims and final payments.

Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Carrying out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activities at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan

Inspection of civil works for pipe racks, equipment foundations, Building works etc. Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports

Have experienced in Site Roads and yard pavement like asphalt, concrete. Road preparation, road alignment and super elevation works.

Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and certification of work is maintained and assist in the satisfactory handover of the completed project to the Client.

Taking care of all documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations and other QA/QC documents.

I handled the activities like Excavations, all steps of Raft foundations, Casting of Precast Beams, Precast of Railway Girders for railway line passing above the road, Casting of Pile Foundations, Pile capping etc.Inspection of concrete work, as per site and pre cast member.

Review Every day site work progress Monthly Aggregate & Water Test Reports and Calibration Certificates, Concrete Batch Plant/Equipment Inspection, Concrete Ingredients

Take adequate measures like forming quality circles, maintaining necessary records and conducting audits to comply with statutory quality & environmental standards. To monitor the Civil activities with reference to approved Drawings and Method Statement.

Laboratory work with necessary testing and third party testing. Inspection of ongoing works every day.

Inspection for Transit Mixer, Fresh Concrete Sampling & Testing Inspection @ The Batch Plants, Plant QC Lab Inspection, Epoxy Coated Steel Bars and Embedded Items Receiving Inspection, Handling, Storage and Preservation of Epoxy Coated Steel Bars Inspection, Concrete Pump/Transit Mixer Inspection, and Reporting to Manager and Plant Manager.
