Roles & Responsibilities of QA\QC (Metallurgist):-

To provide Technical & Metallurgical support to customers.

Daily online quality check on random basis for production of Aluminium Alloys & all lab instrument.

Inspection of all incoming materials as per Inspection Plan & maintaining product specification. through conformance testing: including measurement.

Log & follow up on quality complaints as reported by customer & found during inspection.

Perform product & process based audit to thrive the existing quality system for improvement.

Root cause analysis of quality issue & monthly quality report analysis.

Responsible for the pre-dispatch final inspection of the product prior to shipment to customer.

Knowledge of Melting process & correct mixture composition of Aluminum Alloys.

Exposure of basic instrument handling like as Tensile Testing, K-Mold, Density, Hardness, Microstructure-analyzer, Spectrometer, Vernier caliper.

Well versed with technical materials standards (JIS, EN, DIN, BS) related to lab.

Quality Related all Document maintain : SAP, IATF: 16949, ISO, SOP, PCC, APQP, PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, CAPA, 8D Report, COPQ, Customer complain handling, etc. KAUSHIK KEVADIYA
