I have obtained a Doctoral degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration & Management with honors. I have extensive teaching experience in Higher Education online & synchronous learning environments. I am a Transformational leader who seeks to develop my students by developing their skills and abilities through effective mentoring and coaching.

I believe in leadership development through effective teams that create applied solutions in business. I have served as an academic chair on a multitude of different leadership committees in higher education. I seek to help and encourage all of my students to reach their academic and career goals.
