Statement
The above highlights my experience over the past 40 years as a professional. Manufacturing experience includes doing business with many nationally and internationally known companies and partners, both as a supplier and as a customer. Learning operations from the ground up has resulted in opportunities to manage many parts of personnel, scheduling, production, technology approval, acquisition and installation, plant start-ups, and shutdowns. As a marketer, bringing this same focus to help solve client safety, compliance, and other problems has resulted in significant growth and retention. Listening and responding appropriately to needs and wants, along with hiring people better suited for specific tasks, and delegating, has resulted in success. In addition to manufacturing and marketing focuses, experience in serving industries such as franchised equipment dealers, auto dealers, and energy companies (gas and oil distributers), to name a few, has resulted in broad understanding of challenges facing businessowners and companies across many industries.
