I am an experienced, practical and professional individual with over 10 years work experience and who has a thorough understanding of how real estate and Facility Management works. My ability to resolve any building problems is prompt, effective and efficient. I have a comprehensive understanding of facility management process and a proven track record of managing property occupants, workplace, environments and residential building.

Achievements

Initiated and executed the contract of power connection to a dedicated feeder line that supply 18-24hours power supply to the estate, reducing diesel cost by N2m.

Initiated the rehabilitation of all the estate roads.

Initiated and executed the replacement of electrical bulbs with modern day LED that reduced monthly power bill by 30%.
