The Recovery Support Administrator (RSA) is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. The RSA provides support to the Executive Director and staff by handling correspondence, managing calendars, and appointments, arranging conferences, conference calls, managing intake and client survey processes, ensuring offices are always functioning and operable. Organize Volunteer Training and Groups

Ensure all client records meet HIPPA, state, and federal guidelines. Ensures electronic documents are uploaded, client and stakeholder surveys are conducted upon each encounter.

Document thorough and timely notes and photos at all meetings to include the Board of Directors meetings, and events hosted by DFMC. Maintain the DFMC social media with daily post (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Participate in all DFMC community events, ensure events are well attended by community members, provide marketing plans and updates that support highly successful functions.

Be open to feedback, share feedback, and be committed to a conductive work environment.

Update and communicate with all stakeholders, ensure Memorandums of Agreement are up to-date, stakeholder agreements are upheld and DFMC maintains a positive community presence,
