I am a ** year old man who has been doing Apartment Maintenance for the past 10 years.

Had been working for UAH PROPERTIES since February 2010 to December 2019 from there worked with ALPHA BARNES from January 2020 till May 2020. And then worked with RISE RESIDENTIAL from August 2020 till December 2020.

My duties from all jobs were landscaping, cleaning laundry areas, picking up trash, electrical repairs with electrical breaker remove and replace, outlet covers replacement,light switch replacement, ceiling fan replacement and other minor electrical repairs. Plumbing repairs, appliance repair,HVAC REPAIR and swimming pool repairs and cleaning. I currently possess a EPA CERTFIICATION for HVAC and a CERTIFIED POOL OPERATORS CERTIFIC

I am ready to go to work and have had 10 plus years of experience. Thanks
