Manage and Supervise 7 armed Protective Security Officer's (PSO's), located at the Social Security Administration facility (SSA).

Responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility to include all personel

working inside as well as all visitors visiting this facility on a daily basis. All visitors are screened for Weapons and Explosives and anything thats listed on the Prohibited items list, (PIR).

Also ensure all PSO's working at this facility are properly Badged with the required certifications required to stand Post..

Monitor and check the outside parking area to ensure the safety and security of all patrons entering and exiting the facility from the parking area. Serve as the direct Liason between the Omega Center, Facility Directors,SOC Chain of Command and the Federal Protective Services (FPS) Police to immediately resolve any issue pertaining to safety and security at the SSA facility. Check Post Orders to ensure accuracy and validity. Manage a strict Physical Security Program on a daily basis while ensuring customer service

also remain a priority for all PSO's on Post at the SSA.

Guard Shift Supervisor OCT 2011 to August 2022

Guard Shift Supervisor under the Bagdad Embassy Security Force (BESF) Contract WPS II TO-4 at the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC). Responsible for managing Guard Force Security Operations at the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (BDSC) in Baghdad Iraq. Manage 22 Expats to include a Guard Force of well over 200 armed Static security Guard Force Personnel in a High Threat Austere Environment at the BDSC. Safe Guard and protect Chief of Mission Property (COM) against Theft, Sabotage, Property Damage or any willful or illegal destruction of COM Property. Supervise the detection, Apprehension and Detention of any criminal violations on Chief of Mission Property with Static Security Posts, Advanced Reactionary Force Teams and Emergency Response Teams here at the BDSC. Supervise Personnel Protection Teams, Static Security Check Points, Roving Patrol Personnel, X-Ray detection Personnel on Posts, Itemizers (Bomb detection equipment) on Post, Static Security Posts attached with K-9 handlers at the BDSC. Safe guard against Trespassing, Theft or any perceived Threat or damage to Chief of Mission Property. Supervise close in Personal Protection as required for VIP’s, Dignitaries, and other high ranking military and civilian officials. Coordinate movement with Regional Security Officers (RSO), Personnel Security, and Personnel Security Elements through entry and access control points at BDSC. Manage Static Security for Airport Operations at a non-Hub Department of State Facility and assets for movement of U.S Embassy dignitaries, Military Personnel, Contractors and high ranking government officials on a daily basis at Air Field location on BDSC. Manage all Static Security Points located at the Air Field and CAC entrance’s and egress points throughout the BDSC location. Responsible for screening and transporting local national interpreters entering onto BDSC to work alongside Static Security Personnel at Secure Check Point locations to screen Iraqi Nationals entering the Compound. Work jointly with U.S Military Assets and other multinational forces in a concerted effort to implement force protection onto BDSC. Manage a strict Physical Security Program in a high threat austere environment.
