Sending Acknowledgment letter of claim to both the injured worker and the client location along with a copy of pertinent statute rewarding the claimants rights. Scanned medical bills, coded into system and sent electronically for bill review Once a week checked bill review system for any bills approved for payment, printed off copies if applicable, coded and paid in system. All nonmedical bills were scanned and paid weekly and all filed in files. All state forms filed in a timely and efficient manner. Closing of files with appropriate documentation on file, letters to claimant and client. Documenting all actions on the file daily. Moving file to closed file room. Fraud Analyst Aerotek Staffing/Wells Fargo Bank – Charlotte, NC 2021-2021

Received notice of possible fraud on accounts, checked system to assure open and active account. Researched the account to see if could find any fraud, if fraud, ask questions to make sure wasn't Friendly fraud. If Friendly fraud, claim should be denied, if other fraud, proceed to reimburse customer account.

Receive daily requirements via excel spreadsheet review each entry, research different web-sites to determine starting point and ending point of item in question, if can't find easily, mark as such on spreadsheet so can go back and do a more extensive search later, connect correct data in system.
