· Safely operate his or her heavy truck along designated route & to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map & service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher &/or supervisor.

· Operate manual &/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies & procedures to lift & load refuse, operate compactor & dispose of collected material at the designated facility.

· Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers & others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner

· Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean waste from the container and container edges on each disposal trip.

Lead, direct & manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the customer's standards.

Maintain a clean, professional & safe working environment by inspecting & scheduling maintenance, & ensuring that all office and warehouse equipment is properly accounted for & in safe working condition.
