Scrum Master/ Program Manager

Served two scrum teams keeping all projects on track. Grooming Delivery features, Analyzing Mapping and architectural solutions to develop and modify complex APIs for customer facing applications for Health Care members.

•Groomed business feature requirements by working with the program owners, business analysts and teams to commit and deliver value every sprint. Current projects include analyzing mapping documents to add new fields to multiple API’s from multiple backend systems to Customer Service Representative screens for quicker response to member questions saving time.

•Coordinate the migration of 18 APIs to ACE cloud servers for a time sensitive project.

•Developed a Medical Copay application working closely with architects on complex solutions and with business on budget and resource allocations. Building relationship with third party vendors creating new integrations interfacing with seven different backend systems. This core project was the first of its kind in the healthcare industry saving 16 million dollars annually for the company/members.

•Worked to foster pride and responsibility on teams for our work by building relationships with team members both onshore and offshore.

•Build cross team communications using MSTeams and time-boxed cross collaboration meetings facilitating agreements to use a single mapping document and process to review schema.

•Conducted all Agile ceremonies from daily stand-up meetings to the all important retrospectives for continuous improvement and act upon the input from these ceremonies.
