Role: Technical Business Analyst and Salesforce Support team lead

Project Details: Handling the Salesforce Business Support team, where Salesforce Lightning and Tier 1 have been implemented for Global Capital Market users. Users have access to Accounts, Contacts, Account and Contact Coverages, Event Management, Client Plans, Deals, Cross-sells, Call reports and Bulk Coverage Management. This project is ongoing and is released in Phases for different group of users like Global Business Payment, Corporate Investment Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking along with Equity Markets.

Users are been moved from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning.

Implementation of the project from Classic to Salesforce Lightning along with Tier1.

Technical environment:

Salesforce Lightning, Tier 1, SharePoint, JIRA, Excel, SOQL, Demand Tool and Salesforce Inspector.

Responsibilities as Salesforce technical business analyst:

Engaged with the IT Project team and PO’s together to scope, elicit and analyze the business process along with risks and validate them to proactively identify more than 150+ critical business requirements and 30+ gaps.

Lead and assisted Tier1 party vendors to analyze and implement future state designs and requirements as stated by the Business users to ensure they meet the requirements in a timely manner.

Analyze the stakeholder’s requirements along with Product Owners through document analysis, Proof of concepts, brainstorming and workflows to acquire feedback and refine the requirements.

Communicate the business documents to construct easy to understand data and process models and workflows to assist the development team.

Liaised with Subject Matter Experts and Business to recommend solutions for the identified risks.

Exceptional experience in using Confluence, Visio, and SharePoint as a documentation platform to construct Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams and Activity diagrams for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts for the purpose of the Business Requirement Document.

Project Details:

Project 1: Lightning Salesforce is being implemented for New Business Development of different business units, Channels and Departments to use Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities and Reporting. This project basically gives a kick start for the business to enter all their leads into Salesforce and convert them into Opportunities and access reporting. This project is ongoing and is released in Phases. Integration with Oracle Fusion using Azure Microsoft is just initiated. Power BI is a tool used reporting purposes to pull the Profit loss reports from Oracle. Data migration from Salesforce Classic and excel sheets were done to Salesforce lightning through data mapping.

Project 2: “IT Process Lead” from Salesforce to work on projects aligned with EvoSys for Oracle HR and Finance using Mulesoft, Microsoft Azure for Order Management, Lead and Opportunities, Credit Management, Managing Customers and Forecasting. Integrating Inline applications with 13 different potential systems under NARS Strategy.
