Job Responsibilities

Ensure the timely prepositioning and appropriateness (e.g. technical specifications, quantities and lead time) of shelter materials and NFIs in coordination with the procurement officer;

Prepare training materials for shelter staff, beneficiary households and daily workers erecting emergency shelters.

Prepare IEC materials relevant for shelter/NFI awareness and the appropriate use of items to be distributed in the response phase

Contribute to the preparation of detailed operational planning for the implementation of the response phase (including timelines and people responsible).

Organizing the distribution of hygiene kits: receiving the kits, preparing lists, identifying distribution centers, informing beneficiaries.

Represent and explain the project and its objectives correctly to beneficiaries

Follow up on complaints;

Perform household monitoring to beneficiaries;

Monitoring all activities of the project;

Maintain constant contact with beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information, etc.);

Perform all other necessary actions for the functioning and success of the project in order to deliver assistance to the designated beneficiaries;

Write regular reports;

Report the progress of the work to the Field supervisor;

Report weekly activity;

Data collection;

Be committed to participate to any other task in order to achieved the project's go

Provide input to the procurement shelter and NFI materials (Prefer specification, BoQ, Tender document and analysis of bid and quotation)

I assist WASH TECHNICAL team in coordination of activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets and plans
