• WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Management

1.1 Monitors the completion of all inbound and outbound activities a. Facilitates timely receipts of all inbound deliveries. b. Supervises put-away activities by visually checking the operators on the floor. c. Monitors replenishments of stocks.

d. Monitors returned stocks.

e. Monitors all Sales Order from the system.

f. Checks and signs all delivery documents.

1.2 Evaluates warehouse facility and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) a. Checks the facility for damages such as roof leaks, broken down MHE, and/or further improvements in the facility b. Coordinates with suppliers and purchasing department for repairs on major damages c. Schedules pest controls and refilling of fire extinguishers. d. Receives MHE maintenance checklist from warehouse personnel to identify damages and issues on MHE. 1.3 Conducts regular Toolbox Meeting

a. Discusses all issues, concerns and problems concerning operations, quality, environment, safety and health b. Ensures the operational activities are aligned with the principal’s target by giving specific guidelines and validating outputs

1.4 Monitors Attainments of set KPI

a. Gathered Data needed for KPI on a regular basis. b. Revise KPI targets when needed to ensure continues improvement. c. Reviews KPI result with warehouse personnel, supervisor and manager on a regular basis. d. Conduct root cause analysis, corrective action to address nonconformance or unattained KPI target 2. Traffic Operations

2.1 Ensure adequate Freight vehicles are available for distributions especially during cutoffs. a. Coordinate closely with the personnel assigned in load planning on the required number of trucks for deliveries on the following day.

b. If their insufficient number of trucks, assist in sourcing of trucks to complete the requirements in coordination with TMS (Transport Management Service).

2.2 Monitor Proof of Delivery (POD).

a. Facilitates the checking and clearing of POD from trucker. b. Facilitates the transmittal of cleared POD to the principal. 2.3 Resolve Traffic, Delivery and POD issue with the Manager/ Sr. Manager-operation and the principal. 2.4 Conducts and/or assist in regular trucker’s Meeting set by the principal. a. Consolidate data from direct reports for presentation. To hauler’s Meeting. b. Review the summary of the POD documents submitted by the trucker particular on delivery schedule, POD documents, Return and Charges.

c. Facilitates the meeting and discusses with trucker their performance, issue and charges as applicable. 3. Inventory Management

3.1 Monitor periodic Inventory counts set by the principal a. Facilitates the conduct of periodic inventory count based on the SOP (Standard Operating procedure) agreed with the principal.

b. Assist in the conduct wall-to-wall count orientation among all personnel. c. Monitors the generation of the initial and final wall-to-wall count result covering variance and stocks reconciliation reports.

d. Monitors recommendation of inventory adjustment for approval e. Monitors the execution of inventory adjustment in the system. 3.2 Monitors Stocks movement in the system

a. Monitors the system transaction from receiving, picking to invoicing in the system 3.3 Reconcile Stocks variance with warehouse personnel. 4. Customer Service

4.1 Attend customer’s inquiries and needs.

5. Environment, Health and Safety

5.1 Monitors safety practices in the warehouse.

a. Conduct daily and weekly safety checks on equipment and Facility b. Conduct safety walks and other safety related activities. c. Regularly review the Emergency contingency plan and conduct appropriate drill. d. Conduct monthly environment health and safety Meeting.

• Discusses safety issues affecting operations (e.g., PPE, MHE and other requirements set by the principal)

6.1 Prepare the data for monthly productivity report. a. Extract data from the system and computes for the total manhours. b. Summarized all data into the excel template and forward it to key personnel 6.2 Facilitate consolidation of monthly safety report. 6.3 Prepare the data for the monthly management review report. 7. Administrative duties

7.1 Facilitate Petty cash monitoring by checking the accuracy of disbursement and liquidation. 7.2 Review all billings to principal and payment to suppliers
