Responsibilities included: Developing and writing standard work for launching a new CMMS system through-out all of Toyota’s North America’s Plants. Also was part of a four-person team with responsible for implementing the current CMMS in the Mississippi Plant at the same time preparing for the new CMMS upgrade.

The highest priority was on developing a preventive maintenance system for fifteen stamping presses, electrode position paint, over one hundred and fifty stand along Mig, robot, and spot-welding equipment also all facility related equipment. Coordinated major rebuilds and repairs for robots, presses and facility equipment. I implemented a maintenance shop layout and a communication system within the maintenance department. Increase the skill level and improve morale within the maintenance team.

I managed a staff of seven salaried direct reports and seventy Union indirect reports. Responsibilities are to develop preventive maintenance system for seventy-five Stamping Presses and implemented. Coordinated major rebuilds and repairs for all presses, from Danly, Bliss, Clearing and Niagara. I implemented a communication system within the maintenance department and convert the maintenance department into a multi-Skilled work Force.

●Coordinated the Repairs of 20 presses that were damaged from abuse that ranged from Broken Rocker to broken screw and nut assembly; Rebuilt 7 double action overload systems in both the inner and outer rams, replaced one 1200-ton Double Action press and completely rebuilt Danly 2000 ton Double Action.

●Trained Group Leaders in MS Word and MS Excel

●Implemented CD-ROM Technical training for General Maintenance Associates

●Set up Evaluation systems for all skilled Group Leaders
