*Manufacturing of Jigs for MITSUBISHI trucks, canter & Fuso & their
commissioning at Master Motor Corporation during my tenure with Procon
Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd.
*Established new bus body fabrication line in Ghandhara Industires limited
with a total cost of Rs.6 millions.
*Recently Completed, Euros 192,000 paint shop project from Blowtherm Italy,
installed at Ghandhara Industries limited for new Bus Body Building Line, all
technical correspondence with Blowtherm, Italy & undertaking of the civil
work thru local contractor has been handled solely by me.
*Construction of Shower testing Booth for bus’s water leakage monitoring.
*Constructed 1.2 kilometres long Dynamic Test Track for Testing Road-
worthiness of vehicles, Bitumen test track that included bumpy road, railway
track, bouncy road, suspension tester, ramp for hand brake adjustment &
Turning radius test track for Hyundai & Kia range of vehicles.

*Turned worst declared plant to one of the Best in business in 32 outlets
world- wide just in six months after joining in one of my previous
assignments.

*Bus body fabrication enhanced from 4 units per month to 25 units per

Manufacturers of collapsible aluminum tubes to be exported to world-
wide cliental, main customers being USA, Europe, Asia, South Africa,
middle East and far-east. Responsible for entire plant operations that
include but not limited to production, Quality control, production
planning & material control, timely dispatches to customers Globally,
plant Engineering & maintenance, Purchasing, Human resource &
Administration of entire work force that is consisted of around 1000
individuals. Plant consists of Ultra High Speed manufacturing of ready to
use Aluminum tubes for Medical & general purpose ( From Slug through
extrusion of tubes to painting, printing & packaging, all done on fully
automated manufacturing lines that are working 24/7) .
I had joined as maintenance Head but seeing my performance in high
speed maintenance, within a month I was promoted to Head the entire
plant operations, with target being half a million tubes production on daily
basis, an increase of about 0.1 million tubes per day from previous daily-
production average and By the Grace of Almighty, within two months I
have achieved that target as well.

company engaged in the Assembly of Hyundai And Kia brands of vehicles in
Pakistan, product line included a sports utility vehicle SUV(Kia Sportage),
1500cc sedan car Kia chuma, 1300cc car Kia Classic,1000cc car Hyundai
Santro and I ton truck Hyundai Porter.

Being a key member of the plant task force I have been playing a vital role in
enhancing the Plant production capacity, improvements in product quality,
reduction in machine & equipment dawn time, tremendous reduction in
Indigenous vendors’ rejection rate, enhancement of workers skill level,
introduction of Kaizen and Quality circles and employment of continuous
improvement programs (CIP) in all areas of operation.
Another salient feature has been drastic reduction in after market warranty claims
due to improved product Quality not only saving rupees in millions, of the
company, but also enabling the management of the company to take the decision
of doubling the Warranty period / time (previously it was 20,000 KMS or one
year now extended to 40,000 KMS or two years) and use it as a marketing tool,
something to become industry practice in Pakistan later on.

reviews and control and proper communication/reporting to all concerned.
