I joined the Stuart Olson team in November 2001 as the receptionist, moved onto Administrative Assistant/Accounting, then took on the role of Human Resource Assistant Manager and after a year moved into the role of Labor Resource Manager. My responsibilities in this role were as follows:

Administrative:

Provide administrative and clerical services to operations

Prepare and monitor annual field administration expense budget including approval of all invoices

Managed the company vehicles and gas cards

Assisted with meeting coordination, meeting minutes, general filing and document tracking

Coordinate and book travel for site staff

Collect, enter and approve all site timecards

Human Resources:

Advertise and source trade positions
