Contracts & Relationships: Defined engagement model and design/assess JV and investment opportunities, strategic relationships, and major agreements. Review and negotiate all customer and vendor agreements – 100+ contracts annually.

• Contract Standardization: Drafted master templates and streamlined processes and workflows decreasing internal staff workload and cutting outside counsel costs. Accelerated time to deliver contract from 80 to 35 days with 15% cost savings.
