As a team, we are only as strong as the weakest member, therefore having training sessions and cross-training is invaluable. As a manager, suggestions can be made to help to encourage confidence and achieve stronger employees, which benefits everyone. An example of this with that when presented a situation, I can assign tasks as needed to overcome it, take the action(s) necessary to prevent this from happening in the future and show the results to management as a lesson learned. Business Engagement Lead/HRIS SuccessFactors Data Readiness Analyst July 2019 – September 2023

Worked with the OS & Data Team for HR; specializing in Payroll - Comp, Hire to Retire. Lead the Business Data Validation (BDV) team of 2 analysts and supported multiple teams of Field Deployment Leads (FDL) in Bogota, Kuala Lumpur and Paris on both PC and PY projects. Created documentation for over 20 reports and held in person training classes for the FDLs.

Worked with the business to define the requirements that need to be compared between the Legacy systems and the downstream People Connect & SAP systems. BDV requirements are gathered, Power BI reports created, tested, defects have been closed and validations have been completed for all cycles. Re-aligned BDV strategies for future releases, updated documentation and report enhancements as necessary after each project was completed.

Utilized scrum methodology for project management in assigning tasks for each release. Used extensive payroll knowledge especially in SAP to help facilitate business requirements with business teams on data fields to compare to ensure all data converted matches exactly to ensure no issues in paying employees correctly.
