Incorporated quality control in critiquing of talent for betterment of broadcast, involved from talent and production side with domestic Spanish developments of ESPN. Oversaw and maintained freelance, part-time, and guest talent budgets as it pertains to usages. Have worked closely with Coordinating Producers of International and the management team of production, promotions and operations in future development, marketing, and growth of the international division i.e. ESPN Deportes, radio initiatives into Mexico/Venezuela, new program development and up-front sales presentations. Worked as needed with our affiliates in South America, primarily Argentina in coordinating specifics on the language side for co-productions. Assisted in the coordination, preparation, and production of adding Spanish language to existing programs on ESPN. Contacted program producers and acquired research materials.
