●Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) Coordinator, Dallas County Juvenile Services - (October 2012- September 2014, part-time) Created JDAI Work Plan and Budget with Measurable Outcomes for eight interdepartmental task forces and facilitated work with these groups. Facilitated stakeholder meetings in multicultural environment to achieve JDAI Work Plan, including work with JDAI Lead Team on monthly status review. Conducted regular Executive Committee meetings. ●Meridian World School: School Development Director (Imagine Schools Charter Corporation) and Board Member (2007 – May 2014) Undertook all elements of school development process to obtain one of last eight open-enrollment charters in competitive administrative process from the Texas State Board of Education in 2008, for K-12 international charter school in Williamson, County that opened in fall of 2011 with signature element of integrated service learning. Authored successful Generation 14 Open-Enrollment Charter School Application, through research and developing curriculum plan and business plan for 1200 students, and built community support with local founding families in 2007 through series of community meetings and social media. Held bi-weekly planning meetings with diverse founding families. Fiscal budget experience included maintaining budget and expense procedures for school development activities such as public relations, community events and materials in early development phase, then researched and created the initial school $4 million budget for K-12 International Baccalaureate program for 1200 students as part of writing the Charter Application. As part of that process I researched PEIMS data collection, reporting and personnel requirements, TEA standards and Financial Accountability System Resource Guide (FASRG), real estate and construction, and attended TEA charter school organization training. As founding Board Member from 2010-1014, evaluated performance and approved Meridian $6 million budget for 1200 students on monthly basis and evaluated audit process. As founding Board Member responsible for researching and educating Board of Directors on state and federal policies and procedures for Meridian World School. Conducted teacher training on integrated service learning.

●Southern Methodist University (1994-1998)

Founding Associate Director, Maguire Center for Ethics and Public Responsibility, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas (1995-1998), Under leadership of William F. May, Ph.D., Maguire University Chair in Ethics, developed programmatic design and implementation of the new Ethics Center.

•Responsible for initial organization of Ethics Center offices,including creating the $5 million endowment budget, ordering office furniture and supplies and supervising delivery and installation of office equipment. Supervised Center's website establishment.

•Coordinated four major ethics conferences with 300-500 participants each, including all aspect of conference planning and budgeting on speakers, meals, publication design and purchase, mailings, and collaborated with multiple university departments.

•Developed customized event planning and marketing software with finance department that included zip code bank for participant types, attendee history and payment record.
