Express Employment Professionals/ Business Development Manager – (May 2015 to January 2018) Meet with decision makers to assess needs and secure accounts, weekly business calls along with documentation in a CMS system, Research companies and set annual plans, and coordinate appointments, Work with recruiting to fill the positions that come into the office with staffing consultants including on boarding and HR duties. Cold calls via face to face and phone. Work closely with networking groups and Chambers of Commerce for multiple cities. Provide direction and motivation to the inside team as an office lead.
