Interviewed new applicants for placement at Johnson Control based on their experience and Assisted with the onboarding process on the company Kiosks there at the site. Once hired I would schedule them for Orientation classes and walk them through the process on their first day of orientation.

Upon completion of Orientation I was to assign all employes to their departments and take them to the floor and show them where they would be working. This included 3rd shift personnel; I would go in at 10 pm and get them setup in their work area and present them to their supervisor.

I would keep track of their attendance and if they were absent to often I would bring it to their attention. I would also record any incidents/accidents and send employee to Occupational Health (nurses office) for a urinalyses post incident.

If there was an issue with their pay, I also assisted in resolving those issues and made sure employees were compensated properly.
