Jan. 01 through August 21, Acute Care Medical Director, Summit Pacific Medical Center, Elma, WA. Provided Hospitalist program management including updating standards of care, mentoring Hospitalists’ coding and documentation improvement, worked closely with Nursing leadership and staff to improve bedside care and general skill and Nurse critical thinking; supervised Resident Physicians. Routinely admitted from the Emergency Department, provided care of complex patients with multiple co-morbidities on the medical care, provided Vent management and routinely admitted ED patients.
