Oversees the “Back to School for Incarcerated Individuals” program amongst others. Works side-by-side with the Correctional Programs Manager. Holds responsibility for managing and overseeing the Law library, chapel, resource room, and safety and security for the chaplain, as well as the college faculty and community partners staff and education navigator. Efficiently organizes the dining facility menu and schedule. Holds an instrumental role in directing general movement of offenders to work assignments and negotiating contracts with proper agencies.

Effectively maintains order in shops and advises departmental division on contracting for products, services, or additional personnel.

Patrols and inspects grounds, walls, corridors, shops, and cell blocks including staffing watchtowers and facilities.

Supervises facility visitors and evaluates agency decisions and inmate case actions to determine policy deficiencies.
