Trinity Road LLC, Charlotte, NC firm producing and marketing a diverse range of Catholic-based online content & merchandise.

A member of the marketing department, I had control over the social media account for one of the firm’s artisanal coffee brands. My leadership entrusted me to develop a campaign to increase the brand’s follower base on social media platforms. I was given carte blanche over text and graphics, as well as the development and scheduling of social media posts. My supervisor informed me that customer demand and revenue doubled after each posting.

Swim Instructor, Lifeguard Supervisor, and Head Lifeguard (May 2018 - Present)

Naval Air Station Pensacola, Pensacola, FL

Responsible for the safety of hundreds of adults and children, I managed a team of 45 lifeguards across eight facilities at one of the largest military facilities in the nation. In addition to teaching aquatics classes (Infant, teenage, & adult swim lessons, kayak, lifeguard training, sailing), I was responsible for the daily financial accounts at each facility. As a member of the management team, I assisted with new hire orientation and conducted employee training in areas such as customer service, money handling, sexual assault prevention, terrorist and domestic attacker response, chemical maintenance, biohazard response.
