Key Responsibilities:

Developed strategic & annual planning guidelines as a member of top management of Council;

Established priorities & strategies for the financial, personnel & administrative support services;

Supported Provinces and senior management at Head office in developing annual work plans and budgets within national guidelines;

Took a leading role in the development of indicators for monitoring financial performance of the Council;

Researched, analyzed and proposed policy changes in the areas of Human resources, Administration, Information Technology, Finance and Logistics with a view to enhance Council performance and also ensure sustainability of the Council’s activities;
