EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

March 2020 -August 2020: Employed by Valor Intelligent Processing as a customer service rep on a contract temporary assignment. I was involved in inbound customer in regards to calls from consumers attempting to apply for or resolve issues related to unemployment claims and compensation. I was very successful but the call volume began to decline and this was only a temporary position and I became concerned with job security and voluntary resigned in order to pursue other opportunities and possibly retire or semi retire. November 2019 - March 2020 : I was employed by Jackson Hewitt Tax Service as a customer support rep in support of store operations. Duties included front desk management as well as marketing and various administrative duties in support of store operations. This was a seasonal temporary position and ended when business began to decline. March 2017 to July 2018: I was employed by ADT Security Corporation as a collector III and was responsible for contacting customers in regards to past due balances on monthly payments for monitoring services and resolving delinquency. Also acted as retention agent in cases where delinquency was the result of dissatisfaction with products and services. Resigned from this position to take some time off and semi retire. October 2016- December 2016: I was employed through a temporary service with Florida Blue as a licensed telesales agent and was Medicare certified. Position was a temporary seasonal position during open enrollment period for marketplace coverage and I was very successful in this role but the company released a great many agents when open enrollment ended as they had indicated they would when hired. August 2009 - April 2016: I was employed by Bank of America in the collections department and was responsible for collections of past due balances on auto and specialty loans including high balance accounts. I was very successful in this position and was in the top 10% of collectors in my department for a great many months and had perfect attendance for several years.

August 2007-August 2008: I was associated with Cumberland Advisers as a licensed business broker sales agent and was responsible for contacting business owners to engage a listing for the sale of their business,locating potential buyers and overseeing the entire sales process including assisting the buyer in obtaining financing if necessary.
