Responsible for all food operations in all stores within my districts.

Reporting to the director of food operations was accountable for managing all aspects of fresh and dry

foods within two districts. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Work hand in hand with store manager and validate all store processes are being executed

• Teaching and training of the food business to associates through company programs, regularly

taught merchandising and operation classes to potential candidates in our food school

• Responsible for implementing and sustaining merchandising programs within the stores

• Responsible for Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance in my districts

deliveries and accuracy of orders

support initiatives

merchandising techniques.
