Key Accomplishment

I founded and managed the daily activities of the companies PORKINHO and CERVENCO, developing procedure manuals, evaluation criteria and measuring results. Managing to grow both businesses from a startup to a profitable company of $40,000 a month.

Analyze data and present complete reports and make valuable recommendations in uncertain environments, under pressure and with limited time, for the Center for Political and Government Studies of the Andrés Bello Catholic University, for the company MIVIVA LLC, for the Venezuelan Armed Forces.

On behalf of the Republic of Venezuela and for 4 years, I was liaison and coordinator of teams of lawyers to negotiate with bankers, sellers, legal representatives, international firms and officials of other States, the acquisition of equipment of different nature, ensuring compliance with contracts between the Republic of Venezuela and other countries in accordance with all regulations and honest and correct management of the budget.

In the Army, for more than 15 years, I planned and supervised the recruitment, selection, staffing, training and supervision of five thousand people in different jobs.

I designed and implemented the rules to regulate gender relations between male and female personnel of the Venezuelan Armed Forces. As well as, all operational procedures to comply with international standards of respect for human rights in the Venezuelan Armed Forces. being the author of four current laws

I have worked as a professor in leadership, situational leadership and have led successful transformations and change processes in the Venezuelan public administration.
