THE COURTYARD - Completed in 2005, The Courtyard is a 100,000 square foot, 3-story office and retail complex. Great care was taken to blend architectural style with adjacent historical buildings. Acknowledged with Town of Castle Rock Design Award 2010. NEXT DOOR BAR - Purchased building adjacent to Castle Café and renovated to new use, addressing long overdue resident need for downtown nightlife.
