Design and development of safety restraint systems and air bags for motor vehicles.

Our department worked exclusively with the Andretti and Unser Indy Racing Car teams. We also did work for Ford, Chevrolet, and Chrysler. We designed and then produced some of the most efficient and effective safety restraint systems in the world. Our department also worked on the design and implementation of Optical Sensor Technology on production lines to improve workflow, quality, and production output.

Our department often used Toyota Lean manufacturing which is a well-known method for waste minimization within a manufacturing system.
