I am a honest, kind, caring, dogged, loving, friendly and passionate health information officer with about three years experience, managing patient presents and past medical health records, including filing and retrieving patient’s information both manual and electronic records. I have worked in various units of the hospital which includes coding and indexing unit, accident and emergency unit, surgical unit, gynecology unit, dental unit, and summary and discharge unit. I have the ability to relate with people of different race, tribe and culture, I have a good communication skill, I have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision, I am self motivated and I have the ability to adapt irrespective of the situation, I am always will to take up any challenge that may arise irrespective of it kind .
