I am a very hard working individual with great work ethic and high expectations for myself. I have an extensive professional career. I am proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, all internet functions and Windows programs proficiency. As you can see in my resume attached, I have extensive knowledge in administrative and clerical duties as well as excellent customer service skills as well as principals and management of numerous employees. I am self- motivated and organized and pride myself. I have a very outgoing attitude and I am reliable as well as responsible, punctual, dedicated and professional. I am efficient in multiple phone lines, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, directing calls, messages, scheduling, managing, errands, opening and fully closing all files and housing procedures and any and all administrative support or needs as an executive assistant. I graduated the Medical Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute in 2016 and completed my extern program from Ironwood Cancer Treatment and Research Center and moved on to work for Dr. Richard Fowler at Arizona Center for Internal medicine and then on to work for Dr. Gary Randall at Deseret Family Medicine in which my skills include complete knowledge of the Mosaiq program as well as EClinical Works and Intergy taking vitals, phlebotomy, injections, rooming and preparing patients, charting, EMR and EHR, prior authorizations, medication refills, preparing orders for labs as well as requesting and receiving lab/lab results, demographics, referrals, insurance verification, and working closely with doctors to provide the best service to patients possible. After a stent of the pandemic I moved on to work in the Pain Specialty field in which my experience was taken to a further level of knowledge and skills which includes IV placement, surgical assistance for the doctors as well as assisting and operation of the C-arm during surgery. I am looking for a long term position and a company that is committed to me as I am committed to them with the potential to grow within the company!

I also have extensive experience in restaurant management including FOH, BOH operations, Aloha Systems, as well as numerous other programs set for the restaurant industry such as MenuLink, Apple POS, Visa Net and all restaurant operational systems. I am a strong leader and a multitasker, efficient in inventory, ordering, money handling, open and closing procedures of companies, the management of staff up to 120 people plus, scheduling, running and leading renegade classes for motivation, teaching and the training of future managers in the MIT program. I coordinate and lead events and workshops as well as leading all outside marketing/promotional events.

I absolutely love working with people and helping them as well. I have also hosted fundraisers and worked closely with the Director of Business Development for the MDA raising over $30,000 each year to go toward children’s funding for summer camp as well as hosting Vets Eat Free events for our military troupes past and present every year on Veterans Day. The events took months of commitment, dedication and organization from start to finish with the joy of seeing the smiles on those in need and honoring those who have fought for our country giving us our freedom. My goals to further my career in the medical field are continuing as it has been a long time dream to be able to provide my services to people in the medical field.
