• Advised clients on financing options for real property development and construction financing.

• Assisted corporate and private clients in corporate strategic risk management, sales and marketing regulations, and media relations.

• Performed due diligence for real estate development and construction clients as well as advised on financing options.

• Advised clients on getting land development projects approved by municipalities and attended hundreds of municipality city council and land use planning commission meetings for purposes of obtaining land use and business development approvals.

• Performed due diligence and cost/financing analysis for municipality seeking to buy and develop more water rights and water treatment and distribution systems.

• Maintained a continual book of pro bono civil rights cases as well as other cases against state and municipalities, including §1983 cases which required defeating governmental immunity, as well as other 1st, 4th, and 6th, and 14th Amendment cases which were overwhelmingly successful. Received the largest employment discrimination settlement paid out by the state and the largest non-spinal cord injured spine injury settlement paid out through that time by Workers Comp.

• Successfully defended corporations and municipalities against such civil rights, housing, and employment discrimination claims listed above, saving one municipality over $1M on one case alone in potential judgments for prima facie police and judicial wrongdoing.
