Providing necessary guideline and suggestion to branches for ATM operation

Responsible to handing overall inventory to AZIZI BANK team

Responsible for Cards & PINs Pick up

Coordination with call center agent and make sure that agent call to all customers to inform them about card activation

Close coordination with PLL Team and resolving issue in earliest

put all data in an excel sheet for all applications received from branch end

Responsible to cross check Customer record with CBS before entering to MIS or AZIZI BANK application form

All ATM cards and ATM activation applications must be processed by receiving the scan copy from branch end for the ATM card

Entering Customer Data into AZIZI BANK Application form

Check each record properly when PINs and cards received from AZIZI BANK

If any card or PIN found duplicate then it must be destroyed then and there and kept proper record in a sheet for audit purposes

Each ATM application will be combined with ATM activation form and cross signed by both officer

Responsible for overall filing each month file has to be maintained separately
