Bloated inventories tied up working capital Pet Supplies Plus-Rogers. I developed and implemented a three-part plan to tackle this problem head-on, installing new controls and selling off excess goods. My team and I succeeded in reducing inventories by nearly 25% and saved more than $ 100,000 in the first year of implementation.
