Also, maintains airway for Out of Operating Room intubations and advanced airway management and tube care on patients including nasotracheal and endotracheal suctioning, cleaning, and securing the tracheostomy and endotracheal tube and site, changing trach tubes per physician’s orders, monitoring tube cuff pressure and ensure proper functioning of the ventilator and performs advanced ventilatory management.
