● Develop intricate financial models for energy generation projects, incorporating industry-specific project financing and off- taker credit risk assessments to provide precise project income, tax impact, and expected sale value
● Conduct comprehensive research on IRS guidelines, utility incentives, and energy tariffs to optimize project structures and locations, thus improving project IRR
● Originated and presented $110MM in projects to internal and external financial committees, as well as roof and land lessors
